Due to the limitations of traditional measurement methods, the current positioning of the ship platform lacks a unified measurement reference. The positioning of the sub-/total segments except the bottom segment is almost always compared with the relative position of the center line on the bottom plate of the bottom segment. . Because the bottom segment positioning accuracy itself has a certain precision deviation, it directly affects the accuracy level of the subsequent sub-segment/total segment. In order to further unify the positioning reference points of the whole ship segment, it will provide convenient conditions for the accuracy assessment of the subsequent assembly stage. At the beginning of this year, Hudong Zhonghua Assembly Department first planned and implemented the digital shipyard project. The project plans to establish a ship-wide benchmarking at fixed positions on both sides of the ship's platform, using the total station transfer technology to achieve real-time simultaneous positioning of the sub/total positioning coordinate system and the ship's theoretical coordinate system, so that the whole ship coordinate system is established and the hull The actual state of the equipment is unified, so that the accuracy data of the sub-/segment can be monitored more accurately, and the positioning work can be guided. After the preliminary survey, at present, the E1 shipyard has established 19 reference points. Based on the traditional measurement experience, the department collects high-precision measured data, which provides important data support for the subsequent assembly department to improve the accuracy level.
Accuracy management is one of the key issues of Hudong Zhonghua in recent years. In 2009, Hudong Zhonghua introduced high-precision 3D total station equipment, combined with the corresponding computer simulation analysis software for comprehensive 3D data measurement and scientific tracking analysis of segmented intermediate products, in terms of segmentation manufacturing precision control. Has achieved certain results. With the deepening of precision management, the company has gradually extended the focus of this work from the precision control stage of segmentation and other intermediate products to the final assembly stage. In 2012, Hudong Zhonghua will conduct a series of assessments on precision management for each assembly department, and each assembly department is actively pursuing process innovation.
