Tightening operation of electric torque wrench bolts
1. Install a counter force bracket and tighten the screws. Turn on the main unit so that the square pin hole corresponds to the reaction bracket hole, then install the wrench sleeve, insert the pin, and fix it with the rubber ring.
2. Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, turn the positive/negative switch of the main unit to the forward rotation position, and put the wrench sleeve on the six sides of the threaded connection.
3, press the power switch, wrench start. When the force arm of the reaction force stand is placed on the stand (the fulcrum can be a nearby bolt or other fulcrum), the bolt is tightened. When the torque of the bolt reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench is automatically stopped and the tightening is completed. The power switch is released and the next bolt is tightened.
4. After the wrench is automatically stopped, rely on the elastic deformation force of the reaction force support to automatically disengage the force arm of the support from the fulcrum and remove the wrench. If the arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, you can toggle the positive and negative switch, click the power switch wrench to remove

3. Adjustment method: The product is shipped with a torque test data card for user calibration reference, the user can select a certain scale value according to the required torque, tighten the bolt, use a measuring wrench or other test. The force instrument measures the actual torque value of the bolt. If the torque difference is small, fine compensation can be used to compensate. If there is a large difference, the coarse adjustment can be adjusted up or down one gear, and several times to obtain the required torque value.
