The new motor valveless metering pump supports fine tuning of stepping

The Vmp metering pump is cascaded with a FMI and a second stepper motor. The FMI is a widely accepted precision stepper motor driven valveless metering pump. Thanks to this structure, the user can electronically change the stroke of the pump to fine-tune the flow of the pump to the actual needs. The product completely self-contained without any external power and air, can work independently, or easily integrated with existing systems. Flow control is achieved through the ingenious cooperation of two independently controlled stepper motors. No tools nor dials, reducing the possibility of mistakes. One cascade of a stepper motor by changing the pump head angle to increase or decrease the pump stroke, thereby regulating the flow. For a standard FMI pump, this can only be done by manually adjusting the lead screw. The second stepper motor controls the FMI valveless pump and is used to adjust the injection speed and injection frequency.

The product offers a friendly touch screen interface that allows users to easily adjust flow, fill speed, and the number of cycles required to complete the fill. With built-in 100 groups of programs, users can modify their working methods online anytime according to their needs.

In addition, users can program single or full dosing pumps with a PalmZire, which provides a richer, more intuitive graphical interface. Pump operating data can be returned to the Palm, and then transmitted to the computer by Palm for long-term preservation. In order to prevent the operator from improperly modifying the running program, the product provides the password function. The upcoming OEM version will also have a rich interface that means users have more flexibility in programming dosing pumps from Palm, PLCs or computers, as well as multiple dosing pumps for control and programming via LAN.
