The carbon four device is mainly used to process carbon tetra-industrial fuel gas through the processing of butadiene residue, with an annual processing capacity of approximately 20,000 tons. Due to the large number of operations, the carbon 4 feedstock gas has a low boiling point physicochemical property, resulting in an average mechanical loss of carbon 4 of about 2% during operation. After repeated arguments, the company first installed a water spray device on the carbon four unit E-502 condenser to ensure that the operating pressure and temperature of the distillation tower were stable. Secondly, the overall optimization of operations, strengthening of process control, the distillation tower temperature from 54 °C to 58 °C, the pressure from 0.4MPa to 0.45MPa, the reflux ratio decreased from 1.5 to 1.0, which reduces the product in the bottom of the tank, This also increases the product yield of the device. Finally, monitoring the gas phase composition of transport tankers, making full use of the device's loading gas-phase balance line, timely switching of the pressure-guiding system, reducing the amount of nitrogen exchange under the premise of ensuring safety, avoiding the indirect discharge of carbon 4 and sealing the device. At the same time, it will achieve the goal of reducing emissions and creating profits.
