The sprayer can basically be divided into
the following parts:
Gun, tip, Motor & Drive System, pump
assembly, filter, Pressure Control, auxiliary spray accessories.
Gun
• Acts as the on/off valve for the material Spray Tip
• Controls the amount of fluid sprayed by using different
orifice sizes
• Orifice shape determines the spray pattern.
• Many Graco tips can be turned to the reverse position by hand to
blow out clogs
Motor & Drive System
• A heavy duty system that drives the pump
Pump
• Also called the Fluid Section
• Delivers a steady stream of high pressure fluid through the hose to
the Spray Gun filter,
• Prevent large particles from entering and avoid clogging the spray gun
Pressure Control
• Used to regulate the fluid pressure delivered from the pump

Cathelco receives order for container ship equipment from Polish shipyard
Cathelco will supply equipment for five ice-class container ships being built by the Remontowa shipyard in Poland.
      It is reported that Cathelco will supply an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system to protect the hull of this ship from corrosion. The system is designed to provide efficient and reliable protection in low salinity Arctic waters. The shipowner is Greenland, Denmark. RoyalArcticLine (RAL).
     According to reports, the Cathelco ICCP system is also supplied to two 100teu container ships, also built by Remontowa for RAL. There are also two 30teu container ships available.
      In addition, Remontowa is building an anchor handling towing/supply vessel (AHTS) for a Canadian shipowner and will also use the ICCP system supplied by Cathelco. In the project, Cathelco will also provide a seawater pipeline antifouling system.
