Water-Cooling Oil Free High Pressure Air Compressor for Blow Molding Machine

By adopting the Solidwork three-dimensional design,the skid-mounted size is the smallest,the maintenance is much more convenient and the layout of the air station is much more reasonable than others.After installation,it could works only provided with the cooling water and electricity supply.The compressor adopts W type three column and three stage compressed,each stage a dual action column,have the effect of high efficiency,easy maintenance,smooth operation.The seals are non-metallic self-lubricating materials,lubricates without oil,do not have the risk of carbon accumulate and explosion.The high efficiency water cooling style could improve the life of the wearing parts extend the maintenance cycle while reducing the environment noise and pollution.The unit could do the load or unload action follow the system pressure,All operation and sewage are fully automatic control,the control system could automatically record the operation data,so the professionals could reduced.
Description of the compressor configuration:

1. The piston ring and seals of the compressorare all leading brands of China.The air valve is the special pressure difference valve.The using life and maintenance period could extend to 1to 2 times as others.Could reduce the maintenance times,improve the efficiency.
2. The transmission system are all abroad brands:the pulley is cone type,the belt is the special narrow V belt.
3. The motor adopts the low voltage standard high inefficiency asynchronous motor.
4. The inner of air pipe adopt special anti rust treatment,we could assure that it wouldn't rust when long time stored.
5. The auto valve of compressor adopts electrical auto control,do not need the air supply.
6. The lubricant pump adopts inner mating type,could have the big flow as well as the low noise.
7. The motor have the tension part,easy for the adjust of the belt
