The working principle of compressed air oil-water separator:
When the compressed air enters the oil-water separator, it produces a sharp change in flow direction and speed, and then relies on inertia to separate the oil droplets and water droplets whose density is larger than the compressed air. After the compressed air enters the oil-water separator shell from the entrance, the air flow is blocked by the baffle board, and then returns to the downward direction, and then goes up again, resulting in annular rotation. In this way, under the action of centrifugal force and inertia force, water droplets and oil droplets are separated from the air and settle at the bottom of the shell
