The national infrastructure project of the National Silicon Material Deep-processing Product Quality Inspection Center jointly constructed by Lianyungang City Quality Supervision Bureau and Donghai County was completed recently. The National Silicon Materials Quality Inspection Center is located in the Donghai Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lianyungang City. In April 2010, it was approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) with a total investment of 63.65 million yuan. At present, civil engineering, decoration engineering, fire control, intelligentization, and power supply engineering are basically completed, and the purchase, installation and commissioning of technical equipment are steadily progressing. Thirteen professional and technical personnel have already arrived at the post and will carry out the test trial operation this month.
