3. After running for a period of time, it is found that the amplitude of instantaneous value jump is too large, and the cumulative amount is obviously too small. It should be checked whether the grounding of both ends of the cable is good or not.
4. For a period of time, the cumulative amount is small, but the instantaneous value is stable or zero. At this time, you should check the problem of process equipment, that is, whether the flow rate is too small because of equipment failure.
5. If there is a displayed value but there is an error, the valve fault should be closed under power-on condition to make the flow equal to zero, measure the “reference voltageâ€, and then compare it with the factory data of the instrument. If there is a problem, disconnect the power and disconnect the switch. Check the resistance of the two electrodes to the ground (liquid) respectively. These two values ​​should be substantially equal and in the range of several thousand ohms. If the difference in resistance is very different, it may be the plane adhesion of one or two electrodes. If the resistance of the material or the connection terminal is poor, if the resistance value is close to infinity, it may be short circuit. If the resistance value is close to zero, the electrode may be leaked and the insulation may be damaged.
6. If the flow display value changes abnormally and irregularly, it may be that the flow medium contains ferromagnetic substances or there is a strong magnetic field interference (such as welders, motors, transformers, etc.) nearby;
7. The flowmeter is operated for a long time at higher temperature or higher pressure (or negative pressure), or it causes great mechanical stress on the measuring pipe during installation, which causes the lining and pipe wall of the measuring pipe to disengage or crack, or is The impact and abrasion of the fluid will damage the lining, cause the insulation breakdown of the electrode or the insulation damage of the excitation coil, and the error of the displayed value of the instrument will increase or there will be no indication. In this case, the sensor must be removed and the flow rate calibration must be performed. ;
8. The liquid electromagnetic flowmeter should be regularly inspected, normally open and inspected. When the electrode seal is not strict, it will leak liquid out and damage the circuit board. Attention should be paid to it.
