Native gold - arsenic ores typically contain 1-2% to 10-12% arsenic pyrite. Other sulfide minerals are mainly pyrite and pyrrhotite. When both minerals contain particulate gold, gold can be recovered by a combined process of flotation-floating cyanidation. When the gold in the ore is encapsulated in sulfide, the gold-arsenic concentrate or gold-arsenic-pyrite concentrate can be obtained by flotation. If the tailings cannot be discarded, the tailings can be cyanide. Cyanide recovery of all ore. Because the arsenic-containing ore is seriously affected by the leaching rate of gold during cyanidation, the concentrate should be pretreated before cyanidation. The treatment method can separate the gold-containing iron ore and the gold-containing arsenopyrite by flotation; the arsenic in the concentrate can also be removed by roasting. The commonly used sorting process is: flotation-floating roasting-sintering cyanidation.  New process test indicator item       Head Production   rate Product    Bit Recovery rate % % Gold g / t Arsenic % gold arsenic Re-election Shaker concentrate 0.7708 465.35 11.05 63.43 54 Shaker tailings 1.4792 7.578 0.12 1.99 1 Rotary tailings 97.75 2 0.074 34.58 45 Flotation Float 5.67 27.38 25.96 Floating tail 92.08 0.56 8.62 item       Head Leach rate % Washing rate % Replacement rate % Cyanide Shaker 95.17 99 99 Shake tail and float 85.36 99 99 total 92.17 99 99 Accessories for Trolling Motor Electric Motor Shaft,Propeller Trolling Motor,Accessories For Trolling Motor,Electric Trolling Motor Accessories Ningbo Haishu Hongkang Outdoor Industry & Trade Co., Ltd , https://www.nbhktrollingmotor.com
A Gold Xinjiang arsenic, gold-bearing quartz veins low sulfide ore sulfur. The natural gold in the ore accounts for 53.38%, and other gold is dispersed in the form of fine iron or solid solution in the minerals such as pyrite and arsenopyrite. Most of the gold is found in the fissures, and a small part is encased in quartz and altered surrounding rocks. Gold has a particle size of 0.2 to 0.001 mm, and gold of -0.1 mm accounts for 94%. Fine-grained gold accounts for 42% and is an intractable gold-bearing ore. The original design process is a process of amalgam -flotation-concentrate roasting-cyanide. However, the hazards of mercury poisoning in production are becoming more and more prominent. For ore containing large mud, it is difficult to dehydrate the floating fines, so that the roasting operation cannot work normally, which seriously affects the cyanide leaching rate. After re-election in place of mercury amalgamation, the recovery rate of gold in the shaker concentrate reached 63.43%, and about 60% of the arsenopyrite minerals with high arsenic content were enriched in the re-election concentrate, and the yield of re-election concentrate was only 0.77%. The process is now changed to re-election - heavy sand amalgamation - heavy sand roasting - heavy tail flotation - the combined process of roasting slag and flotation cyanidation. The principle flow chart of its ore dressing is shown in the figure. The advantages of this process are: reduced calcined ore and improved quality of calcined ore. The specific indicators are as follows.
