From March 22nd to 24th, the 2017 China (Chongqing) International Bus and Parts Exhibition (CIBE) was held at the Chongqing Yuelai International Expo Center. All three models use advanced technologies such as BYD's own research and development of iron batteries, smart keys, and regenerative braking. The motor's maximum power is up to 360 KW. It has strong climbing ability and can be adapted to the unique terrain environment of the “Shancheng” city.

Among them, K7 is a medium-sized pure electric bus that is economical, practical, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It has a length of 8 meters, 23 seats, and a cruising range of more than 240km. It can be applied to city buses, airport VIP ferries and rail transit connections.

The K8 is 10.5 meters long. The exterior appearance of the vehicle is simple and atmospheric. The interior of the compartment adopts a two-step design. The power battery is arranged under the floor of the compartment, which enlarges the interior space of the compartment and further improves the ride comfort. The C9 is 12 meters long with a nuclear load of 50 people. Its maximum speed exceeds 100km/h and its cruising range is 350km. It is suitable for commuting, tourism and business reception.

With excellent performance and outstanding environmental protection benefits, BYD electric taxi has been put into operation in Shenzhen, Taiyuan, Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Zhuhai and other cities. Among them, Shenzhen has promoted more than 5,500 BYD electric taxis, and Taiyuan has promoted BYD's electric taxis with more than 8,000 vehicles, making it the first city in the world to realize full electric taxi.
