Usage:
QJJ175 Single Head Chocolate Depositing Machine can both be used for the production of single color, two colors (left and right) and pastes central filling chocolates. These two models have fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying, and adopt PLC control system.

Ethylene glycol dehydration tower top steam recovery process>
The steam recovery process at the top of the ethylene glycol dehydration tower of the polyester direct spinning and short fiber unit successfully solved the current situation that the low pressure steam generated at the lower process operating pressure in the polyester production process could not be recycled and used, resulting in the production of polyester. The low-pressure steam is converted into hot water at 100°C, and the advantage and status of the combined plant are fully utilized. Lithium bromide refrigerators and water-water heat exchangers are used to fully recover this part of the heat for the central air-conditioning system to provide cold and heat sources. This process makes full use of the energy distribution characteristics of the polyester direct spinning unit, recovers the waste heat from the polyester production process for central air conditioning, and reduces the demand for cooling water for polyester production. The process uses conventional equipment, which is easy to operate and easy to put into production. The investment cost can be recovered in half a year. Because of the long heating period in the north and the use of hot spots by enterprises, the recycling benefits are even greater.
