CLW 60m3 LPG Storage Tank
1.LPG tank is also called LPG storage tank,LPG tanker, LPG storage tanker propane tank and propane tanker which belongs to special equipment.
2. It is mainly used for liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution stations, car filling stations, etc.
3. There are many production processes for CLW LPG storage tanks. Several important processes are as follows:
   A, The first is the selection of raw materials for large-scale iron and steel enterprises;
   B, The second is the overall heat treatment required for the welding of tanks.
4. This process is to eliminate the stress of steel plates and make the entire tank become  a whole, so that the weld seam will not be cracked. Once again, the sand blasting process used by our company uses one or two millimetersof steel grit to spray the surface of the tank to remove rust.
5. This way of rust removal can effectively remove rust and spray paint and can also be used for longer.Finally, our company chooses products of large-scale paint companies, sprays the anti-rust primer twice, then sprays the topcoat twice.
