Through the rectification, the level of agricultural product quality and safety has been newly improved. According to the Ministry of Agriculture’s recent supervision and inspection of 100 agricultural product wholesale markets across the country, the qualified rate of pesticide testing for vegetables reached over 94%, compared with last year’s Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The qualified rate of pesticides in urban vegetables has increased by more than 2.5 percentage points.
